From the McDermott History Books. The McDermott M Series pool cues. Many models were offered in a variety of stain and wrap colors. This M7-QR3 is the custom model made in Bright Red stain with the Red with white speck Irish Linen wrap. All original. Excellent Condition. Never used - never chalked. This red with white speck linen wrap has been discontinued and no longer available at the McDermott factory. This cue has the old style (original) McDermott Quick Release Joint. Additional shaft can still be ordered from the McDermott Factory with this joint. NOTE: There is a spot on the linen wrap that looks like it was mashed. The threads are not lose; just pressed down.
